Carrot Zucchini Detox Soup
(A little sweet with a little bite)
1 leek
1 large packet of baby carrots
4 medium sized zucchini
1 sweet potato
4 plump tomatoes peeled and
3 tbsp parsley chopped
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
Stevia
Garlic powder
1 quart of veggie stock
Simmer for 30 minutes
Strain the broth, add one cup of broth back to the vegetables and
then puree.
